Destination Wedding

When planning our own beach wedding, we noticed that our interactions with our wedding planner were impersonal and vague. At Four Winds Weddings and Events, we are committed to giving our clients the most attentive and personal service that we can possibly provide. We believe that every couple deserves a completely unique wedding package tailored to their personal style, discerning taste and personality. Our goal is to bring the most talented professionals together to make each event flawless and memorable.

Skype Video Consultation

Through internet video conferencing, we aim to narrow the distance between our wedding planner and our guests. From the comfort of home, our clients are encouraged to ask face to face questions directly to the professional that will be planning your wedding via web camera.

Wedding Website

We will happily build a custom website for the bride and groom so that they can share the lovely details of the wedding with friends and family over the internet. Content offerings include movies of the ceremony, pictures, wedding podcast, blog page and many other services.

Wedding Weekend Activities

Our services extend to planning bachelor/bachelorette activities, chartered yacht trips, deep sea fishing, surf lessons, jungle zipline tours and much, much more.

Professional Floral Design

Kirsten, our floral designer, brings fresh ideas to life with her arrangements. From elegant and simple arrangements to artsy and original pieces, her work is sure to leave a lasting impression. Whether she is setting the scene with verdant growth, motioned by tropical breezes or simply adorning a family dog with a floral collar fashioned to hold the wedding rings, Kirsten is always pushing the envelope.

Honeymoon Planning

For couples that are looking to travel to Costa Rica for their honeymoon, we will hand-select the perfect accommodations, adventures and transportation, so that our guests can spend more time enjoying themselves and less time worrying about the daunting details.

Wedding Photography/ Videography

We have an in-house wedding photographer capable of taking beautiful professional quality wedding photos. We can also work with a preferred photographer to take supplemental photos of your event. If you are interested in a video recording of your wedding, we are equipped to record in high definition 1080p video. Included with our service is a dvd with edited video and finished photos of your event.

Consultation Services

If you are considering planing your own trip, but would like advice, we are happy to offer consultation services. There are so many different activities and many companies to choose from in Costa Rica that it can be quite overwhelming. Chat with one of our professionals and make the most out of your trip. We provide a wealth of resources including maps, web links and just plain great advice.

Corporate Events

Four Winds is capable of planning memorable events that consistently come within budget. Whether your goal is to drive sales, recognize achievement or provide inspiration and a strong connection within your team, we will find the most suitable venues throughout Costa Rica to host your event. We then ideate a theme, and bring it to life through decor, entertainment, and amazing food.
