They contacted us and let us know that they wanted to be married in Playa Dominical, a lush beach town on the Central Pacific coast. Virginia and Julian also decided that they would like to host their intimate ceremony at the very spot where Julian proposed to his lifelong friend. The rest, as they say, is history.

Following the mountaintop ceremony, the small group of guests made their way down via a caravan of 4×4′s to the wedding reception in nearby Dominicalito. Virginia and Julian were able to share a signature cocktail with their guests while watching sunset over the volcanic reef and tide pools.

The group was transported 15 minutes away from the popular beach town of Playa Tamarindo to a small Costa Rican village so that they could see the local charm of the area near the farm ceremony. There, in the shadow of a gorgeously contorted Matapalo tree, Megan and Robert were wed. Following the event, their guests were taken to a gorgeous hilltop villa were they were greeted for cocktail hour with a gorgeous panoramic sunset and our favorite Brazilian performer playing infectious samba rhythms and melodies.

Following the intimate wedding ceremony at the farm, the guests were escorted up to a mountaintop villa in Playa Tamarindo for the reception. For this event, the amazing carpenters from Eventos Artesanos created the Guanacaste wood tables and teak flower boxes specifically for this event. Guests watched sunset and danced to the infectious Brazilian sounds of local musician Avelino. After a little pre-dinner dancing, the group sat down at the oversized table of 26 decorated with fresh papaya, pomegranate, pillar candles and driftwood laden pave floral arrangements.
